A transfer is a separate booking: a private ride from your arrival airport to your hotel or address, provided by an independent local transfer company. You can book a transfer, a flight or both, and each has its own price, payment and conditions.

AltonaJet does not own or operate aircraft and has no fleet. We arrange flights with independent licensed operators in all common categories, from turboprops and light jets to midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets. The options depend on your route, number of passengers and luggage, and aircraft photos are illustrative.

Before you sign the charter agreement, you can cancel your request online in your account until 24 hours before departure (if the operator has already confirmed, any charge it makes is passed on). After you sign, cancellation charges apply under your agreement: for a private jet charter, from 20% of the charter price more than 30 days before departure up to 100% within 48 hours, or the operator's charges plus 10% of the charter price if higher. The vehicle classes available for your route are shown with their prices when you search. Vehicle types are indicative, and amenities such as Wi-Fi or drinks are not guaranteed unless they are stated in the booking conditions. Luggage limits apply.

Charter prices depend on the aircraft type, distance and flight time, airport and handling fees, positioning of the aircraft, crew costs, season and availability. Prices shown in search are estimates: the operator confirms the final price, and our handling fee and any taxes are shown on the booking page. Empty legs may be offered at a lower price because the aircraft has to fly that route anyway.

Yes. Corporate Club is our prepaid flight hours program for frequent flyers, companies and family offices: a package of 50 or 100 flight hours in a chosen aircraft category, with preferred pricing and priority support. Flights flown with Corporate Club hours are package flights and do not earn Altona Miles; members keep earning Altona Miles on their other eligible paid reservations. Passengers go to the terminal or FBO the operator designates, with valid passports and all travel documents, by the reporting time the operator sets (if none is given, at least 30 minutes before departure for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights). Once your full payment has been received, we pass on the operator's operational information before the flight. The operator and the pilot-in-command have final authority over the flight.

Flight Offers are empty legs: one-way flights that an operator has to fly anyway to position its aircraft for another mission, offered at a reduced price. Important information:

• Empty legs are one-way, and their date, time and route depend on the operator's main mission. The operator may change, delay or cancel them at short notice, even after booking.
• No payment is taken when you send a request. Once the operator confirms the price, you sign the Empty Leg Charter Agreement and then pay. The leg is booked only when your full payment has been received.
• Discount codes cannot be used, and advertised savings are indicative.
• Offers are updated regularly and may be withdrawn until your booking is made.
